After items are mailed, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. If this occurs, please contact USPS.

BODY BUTTER SHIPPING

Please be advised that orders need to be shipped to an address/location where they will be retrieved immediately. Do not leave your package on your doorstep, inside hot motor vehicles or mailboxes. We assume no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced. Butters can be whipped again if melting occurs or placed in a refrigerator. Melting does not negatively impact the properties of the butter.
